Warm up

Warming up muscles before full-body workout is a necessary, and warmups reduce the risk of injury and improve exercise performance. simple stretches or slow, low-intensity exercises can be done.

Using the body weight

your body is a great workout tool. practice pushups, planks, mountain climbers and crunches. These require no equipment other than you and the earth’s gravitational pull. Repeat each exercise 12 to 15 times.

Start with small exercises
